Today I met Dr John Cuomo at the 2018 Usana Convention at Salt Lake City, Utah. I was very excited to see Dr Cuomo again after seeing him a few years ago at a convention in Sydney. Dr Cuomo is one of the top scientists who works at Usana Health Sciences, researching how we can become healthier.
Dr Cuomo and I spoke about sleeping. Since I’ve helped many people sleep again, some with sleeping disorders for over 20 or 30 years, it was great to hear Dr Cuomo’s opinion on my sleep protocol.
I asked him if the combination of Fish oil, minerals and calcium was a good formula to help people sleeping. Adding to this a dose of antioxidants to help the complete exhaustion that the sleep fatigued experience. – Sone exercising daily and activity based meditation. Cuomo agreed this straightforward approach would help many find sleep again.
I’m so grateful that I’ve had the chance to speak to the scientist and receive his “scientific “ opinion.
